Cancellation Policy

Life can be unpredictable. We understand things can happen. However, sudden cancellations or no-shows can disrupt our esthetician's schedules. When you book an appointment with us, that time is reserved specifically for you. We value every client who walks into our spa. In return, we ask for clients to respect our staff's time and policies. 


We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a penalty fee. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will incur a $30 charge.
To secure an appointment, we require a valid credit card on file. This information is used only in accordance with our cancellation and no-show policy.

Membership Policy

Merkaba Spa membership is non-refundable and requires one year commitment. HST will be applied on the base monthly membership price. ​ Members can request to pause their membership up to 3 times within the duration of year. Membership cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offers. Missed monthly treatments cannot be carried over and/or transferred to another guest.​

Late Arrival Policy

Please understand that if you arrive late for your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you and may have to make changes to your services. Give us a ring. We’ll always do our best to accommodate you if you’re running late (we get it, traffic happens) but arriving more than 15 minutes behind schedule means we might have to adjust your service or reschedule.
